Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, spoiled or expired, or incomplete or wrong, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
An item is only valid for return and exchange if:
- The product delivered is damaged, spoiled or expired.
- The product delivered is incorrect or different from the one posted on the site.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as fresh food and produce), custom products, and on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
To be eligible for a return and exchange, the item must be in the same condition that that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the product.
Return and exchange of a product will be subject for approval.
To start a return and exchange, you can contact us at info@trigold.ph. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business day for the item to be delivered to us. Once your return has been received by us and complies with our Return & Exchange Policy, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost to you.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If the item for exchange is not available, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
