Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made through the following:
Credit and Debit Card - Mastercard, Visa
Direct Debit - BPI, UBP
E-Wallets - GCash, GrabPay, PayMaya, ShopeePay
Over The Counter - 7 Eleven, Cebuana, Palawan Express
Cash on Delivery (COD)/Pickup (COP)
Payment instructions will be sent upon checkout.
How long do I have to settle before my order is cancelled?
You have 24 hours to complete your purchase. If your order hasn't been fully settled within that time, your order will be cancelled.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@trigold.ph. Once your order has been processed and packed, you will not be able to make anymore changes.
Can I order in bulk or wholesale?
Send us an email at info@trigold.ph for bulk orders or wholesale.
Shipping
When do I receive my order?
Your order will be processed and packed within 1 to 2 business day after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is ready for pickup or ready to be shipped.
Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free pickups at Pagbilao, Lucena, and Makati. After selecting pickup and your preferred pickup location at checkout, your order will be processed and packed, and ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days.
PTT Pagbilao: Available Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Giant Lucena: Available Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
PTT Osmena, Makati: Available Saturday - Sunday, 9am - 5pm.
We will send you and email when your order is ready along with instructions. Show your your proof of purchase and an authorisation letter if picked up by a representative.
In the event that your order is not ready for pickup within the estimated times, you may email us at info@trigold.ph.
Delivery
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are generally shipped within 5 to 7 business days using GoGo Xpress.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven't received your order within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@trigold.ph.
How do I track my order?

What do I do if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order in 5-7 business days, inform us right away via email at info@trigold.ph and we will help you locate your order and have your order arrive at your shipping address. Please note some reasons for delays include holidays, weather, and local logistical restrictions.
Returns and Exchange
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, spoiled or expired, or incomplete or wrong, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return and exchange, the item must be in the same condition that that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the product.
What are returnable items?
An item is only valid for return and exchange if:
- The product delivered is damaged, spoiled or expired.
- The product delivered is incorrect or different from the one posted on the site.
What are non-returnable items?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as fresh food and produce), custom products, fuels, generators, and on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
How do we make exchanges?
To start a return and exchange, you can contact us at info@trigold.ph. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business day for the item to be delivered to us. Once your return has been received by us and complies with our Return & Exchange Policy, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Do you accept refunds?
If the item for exchange is not available, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Trigold Rewards
What is Trigold Rewards?
The Trigold Rewards loyalty program is a points-based program through which our customers (like you!) can earn points by shopping on Trigold.ph.
How do I sign up?
All you have to do is sign up. It is totally free!
How do I earn points?
Earning points is easy. In addition to signing up, you are automatically gifted 500 Points, earn 1 Point for every ₱1 spent, and receive 1000 Points on your birthday.
Every 100 Points you earn is equivalent to ₱1 that can be used at checkout.
How do I redeem points?
To redeem, all you have to do is log into your account, then open the rewards panel located at the bottom-right of your screen. If you have enough points, there will be a redeem button. Upon clicking redeem, you will be given a code which you can copy and apply at checkout.
Can points be used alongside other promotions?
No, points cannot be used alongside other promotions. Only one promo code can be used at checkout.
Do my points have an expiration date?
No, points have no expiration date.
Can the program be modified or terminated?
Yes, we may in our discretion, modify or terminate the program at anytime without prior notice even though such changes may affect the value of rewards, benefits, points earned, and the ability to redeem points.
If the program is terminated, your points and rewards will automatically terminate. We will advise member of the effective date of termination of the program and its points, benefits and rewards.
