About the Role
A Gasoline Station Manager is responsible for daily operations and physical area of their assigned gas station/s. Staff management, marketing, product knowledge, customer service, quality control, and proper cash handling practice is a must. The station manager must maintain communication with admin and staff. They are responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the station. The Gasoline Station Manager is the escalation point of any issues that may arise at their location. This position directly manages the forecourt cashier, forecourt attendant, station supervisors, and maintenance/cleaning staff.

Requirements
- At least a college graduate
- Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations
- Knowledge of basic financial and accounting principles and practices
- Knowledge of basic project management principles and practices
- Computer literate
