About the Role

A Restaurant Barista/Cashier is involved in the main operations of the restaurant, with the main objective of providing exceptional customer service. A Restaurant Barista/Cashier's main duties and responsibilities include greeting customers, attending to customers and their inquiries, collecting payment and providing change, operating the POS, preparing hot and cold beverages (e.g. coffee, tea, frappuccinos, etc.), and cleaning and keeping a sanitised preparation and dining area.

  • At least a high school graduate
  • Experience in related field (cashier, food and beverage) is preferred
  • Experience in handling a POS system is preferred
  • Basic math skills
  • High listening and comprehension skills
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to read and understand instructions
  • Knowledge of and/or certification in food safety and hygiene standards is a plus
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able and willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
