About the Role

A Restaurant Service Crew is involved in the main operations of the restaurant, with the main objective of providing exceptional customer service. A Restaurant Service Crew's main duties and responsibilities include serving customers directly by greeting customers, interacting with customers, attending to customer inquiries, and serving food. A Restaurant Service Crew is also responsible for cleaning and keeping a sanitised food preparation and dining area and maintaining stock (such as napkins, condiments, cleaning supplies).

  • At least a high school graduate
  • Experience in related field (food and beverage) is preferred
  • High listening and comprehension skills
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to read and understand instructions
  • Knowledge of and/or certification in food safety and hygiene standards is a plus
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able and willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
